Before you book
An introductory discussion about your needs is free. Technical troubleshooting, training, remote sessions and on-site work are paid services. See our concierge rates. We confirm the work, appointment, total price, travel, equipment, applicable taxes and the total payable in Mexican pesos (MXN) in a written quote before work begins. Extra work or purchases require your approval.
Changes, cancellations and payment
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Any deposit, cancellation charge or special-order return condition must be stated in your quote and agreed before booking or purchase. Ask us about refunds or service concerns at the email above. Completed work and approved costs are itemized. Your rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
Hardware and subscriptions
Before buying equipment, confirm the model, compatibility, availability, warranty provider and return conditions. Hardware, manufacturer subscriptions, parking, tolls and travel are included only when stated in the quote. Troubleshooting time does not guarantee that every issue can be repaired.
Support memberships
The MX$900, MX$1,850 and MX$3,700 monthly plans require a written scope before enrollment. That scope states supported devices and properties, included time and visits, service hours, response targets, travel, additional charges, renewal and cancellation arrangements. Support is not unlimited or available 24/7. An inquiry does not authorize recurring payments.
Prepare for your appointment
Arrange safe property access and any landlord or building permissions. Back up important data before work. Keep ownership of your device and cloud accounts and enter passwords and verification codes yourself. Temporary remote access requires your permission and an agreed purpose and duration.
Inquiry information
